Veteran Russian Doomers are accustomed to believing that the RFs overlord/ruling class is largely composed of non-Russian ethnic mafias who harbor grudges against the Russian Majority. At first glance this would be the simplest explanation for why the Kremlin is flooding the country with non-Russians that hate Russians and why these invaders are given preferential treatment by the RFs bureaucracy and law enforcement agencies. Recent current events involving an FSB/Police crackdown on the long-suffering Azari Ethnic Mafia in Ekaterinburg have drawn this assumption into doubt. That is a decent TLDR about the conjoined nature of the ethnic mafias and the state but I would disagree that the mafias are “junior partners”. How it all started in Yekaterinburg or the adventures of Azerbaijanis

Since the end of the 90s, things have been going on in Yekaterinburg which they try to keep quiet about. The Safarov brothers and the "respected entrepreneurs" close to them hid behind Shahin Shykhlinski, the one who called himself the "leader of the diaspora gang." Those who tried to get their driver's license ended up the same way. Ikram Hajiyev was on the sidelines at first but then he became Shikhlinski's right-hand man and beat money out of "dissenters." Fekhruz Shirinov did not give up. For ten years he tried to tell about the murders and extortion, but everything rested on the roof of Shyhlinski. When patience ran out, Shyhlinski decided to get rid of him. He ordered the killer Elman Suleymanov for the job in 2010, but the gun misfired. Shirinov himself tied up Suleymanov, but even under investigation, he did not betray the "owner".

The killer demanded payment for his silence, but Shyhlinski did not want to pay. Instead, he sent Gadzhiev to break Suleymanov's legs — everything was captured on video. Suleymanov became disabled after that and died soon after.

Hajiyev, although he was a loyal dog, also crossed the road. The Diaspora began to ask who was in charge here. At a meeting of Azerbaijani authorities, they decided it was time to remove him as well. After operational measures, he was hospitalized. But the doctors allowed him to attend the hearing. Acting Consul General of Azerbaijan in Yekaterinburg Shohrat Mustafayev and head of the Azerbaijani Diaspora of the Sverdlovsk region Shahin Shiyhlinsky are present at the trial. The trial is taking place behind closed doors. Meanwhile, Azerbaijan has cancelled all events planned to be held in Azerbaijan by Russian state and private institutions. So of all the main bosses only 1 out of 4 is on trial, the only charge is murder and so far there aren’t any indications that more charges like extortion and drug trafficking will be added. All in all this actually isn’t anything crazy at all, its just that this never ever happened before under Putin. In the 90s Moscow under Yeltsin did participate in the ethnic wars against the Russians and Georgians but that was mostly over by the time Putin took over. Meet Vagif Mamishev. Head of the Azerbaijani National Cultural Autonomy of St. Petersburg, multi-billionaire (26th place in St. Petersburg), former head of the Smolny Committee. Other members of the Mamishev family are also busy. So, Nizami Mamishev, the nephew of the businessman, made an amazing career rise in the authorities of St. Petersburg. In 2016, he abruptly moved from the position of a specialist of the first category to the post of deputy head of the Krasnoselsky district. As Vagif Mamishev himself noted at the time, "I would like to use him in business, but he wants to work in the civil service." However, subsequent events showed that the business of Mamishev Sr. benefited most from this appointment. Already in 2021, law enforcement agencies suspected the district's leadership of fraud after work on the construction of the Baltiysky Boulevard embankment and the renovation of school No. 262 were not completed. BTW nothing ever came of this case to my knowledge. Now what makes this case in Ekaterinburg a bit unique is that the 3 Ethnic Chieftans were actually arrested though 2 were immediately released. Chancellery is a decent source for inside information but they are also kind of Rybar tier. They pretend the Kremlin is just incompetent but they are really trying as opposed to malicious. So Chancellery is framing the crackdown as being about fighting the Ethnic Mobs for real and when it fails they will pretend it was due to honest incompetence. However, there is another far more conspiratorial and interesting take that I want to share with you. This isn’t my theory but it’s from somebody who knows Russia inside and out no worse than me and in some respects probably far better. He asked me not to reveal his identity because this is a subject that obviously carries serious risk in Russia and this person does have a real stake in Russias future unlike anyone in the Zanon Cult. According to my acquittance this crackdown on the Azeris is actually about Armenia. Baku is genuinely shocked not simply because touching Ethnic Chiefs was previously unheard of but also because for the past few years Armenias anti-Russian trajectory is if anything more hardcore than Azerbaijan’s. Sure, the scale of the Azeri Mafia in Russia is bigger than its Armenian counterpart but all the same the Kremlin hasn’t lifted a finger against the Armenian strangle hold in Krasnodar whereas for the past few weeks at least the Kremlin has engaged in some symbolic petty harassment of mid level Azeri Mafiosos. And now they touched some Chieftains. What’s Baku to make of this exactly? Baku knows this has nothing whatsoever to do with restoring order in Russia. As a matter of fact, Baku rightfully sees itself as a major stake holder in Russia LLC. What Baku is likely fearing is that Moscow is breaking the Pax Mafioso and my acquittance theorizes that it could be on behalf of the Armenian mafia.

At first, I found this too ballsy for the Kremlin, especially when so many people at the all-seeing eye level of the pyramid have Israeli passports and Israel and Azerbaijan are pretty close Allies. But after thinking it over for a few hours I decided there is maybe something to it. The thing is Yerevan has started threating to confiscate Russian State property in Armenia and Russian State Property means jewish owned. Furthermore Yerevan is plunging full speed ahead towards Euro Integration and now that they have lost Karabakh they don’t have any territorial disputes which makes selling everything to the West and becoming a more direct Western Satrapy much easier. The Kremlin losing its state assets in Armenia might actually worry people at the all seeing eye level but who can help them? The exact same people they relied on in Ukraine, aggrieved Mafiosos. So, the Kremlins retarded scheme may be to give a chunk of the Azeris pie in Russia to their hated Armenian rivals in exchange for the Armenian mafia promising to get rid of Pashinyan and save the Kremlinites investments in Armenia. Now this is sort of devious and all that but again relying on aggrieved Mafiosos which never, ever works…and then there is the question of how Baku will react which the Kremlin probably hasn’t thought of yet just like they didn’t consider how NATO would react to this exact same plan in Ukraine. There is no chance that the Kremlin will send troops to Armenia to help get rid of Pashinyan meaning that if this theory is true, it’s accordingly even less likely to work because it relies that much more on chronically incompetent spooks and mafia homos. I see this theory as reasonably possible and if it’s it’s true doomed to failure no matter what. First and foremost, I doubt the Armenian mafia fags are up to the job to begin with and even if they are Aliev and Baku are much more competent and decisive than Putin and Moscow. If Moscow seriously gives a bunch of Azerbaijan’s Russia LLCs stakes to Armenia than Aliev will hit Russia back hard in ways that will reveal the scheme for the stupid idea it is. Azerbaijan easily can become an Islamist Jihad safehold on Russias doorstep overnight with Turkeys help for example. Now this is all just a theory I find interesting, and I don’t claim to know what exactly is behind this so far very mild but nonetheless unprecedented harassment of the Azeri ethnic mafia community in Russia. But no matter what is actually going on Bakus response so far is both gay AF and totally justified as Moscow broke the Pax Mafioso.
