How the 5D Chess Complex Plays an Indispensable Role In Russian Diplomatic Success
Soros Doesn't want you to know how Multi Polar Gibberish has made Traditional Diplomatic Work Obsolete in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs!!!
Anyone who follows commentators with a proven track record of accurate predictions on Global Affairs like Pepe Escobar, Scott Ritter, Jackson Hinlke etc know that Russia has been going from strength to strength in the International Arena for many years now. For example, on October 18th of 2019 Escobar declared:
Critics can nitpick over details like how the US never withdrew and how Syria never took back control of the oil in the North East or how the Syrians never secured the border with Turkey. Butt hurt Globalist might even laugh off Pepe claiming total Axis of Resistance victory by asserting that Assads Government falling to Mossad and Turkish backed Jihadist and the ensuing total loss of Russian and Iranian influence in Syria actually constitutes a defeat for Russia and Iran but this would be a bad faith argument. There is simply no way any competent analysis could have predicted that the Turks and CIA/Mossad Jihadist were leading Assad, Tehran and Moscow by the nose and were planning to attack at the most convenient time after signing the ceasefire. Autistic CIA trolls likewise could imply that this statement by Hinkle hasn’t aged well:
Such claims would be false however; Russia will support Iran against Israel in a way that Israel and the US won’t expect and aren’t ready for such as firmly worded statements from Lavrov calling for a ceasefire. In the same vein it’s possible that seething Unipolarist on Soros’s payroll would try and say that Scott Ritters claims made in April of 2022 while Russia was retreating from the Northern Front that:
Russia will prevail. And I believe that Russia is closer to victory than they were starting this conflict. Meaning that Ukrainian military is collapsing as we speak, and the ability for Ukraine to sustain large scale resistance is diminishing if not being eliminated.
This war’s over! It’s all over but the shouting! That’s all just a statement of fact.
have been proven wrong since its now July of 2025 and not only is Ukraine putting up large scale resistance still, but they have also even gone on successful large scale offensives in the ensuing years. This too is a bad faith argument, Russia has destroyed the Ukranian Army several times over and nobody could have predicted that NATO would give Kiev a bunch of new Armies and so on and so forth and whatever.
Given how dead on accurate all these predictions have been it any surprise that the Russian Ministry of foreign affairs has started basing its own diplomatic assessments on what they hear from such 5D Chess Luminaries? From the increasingly disgruntled Kremlin Insider Channel Secret Chancellery:
To continue the topic, I would like to say that our foreign ministry as a whole has lost its most basic functional responsibilities.
Let's start with the embassies. As it turned out, our representative offices abroad do not have any up-to-date information about the situation in the countries they are stationed in.
In the spring, the curators in the Kremlin held a large series of meetings with our ambassadors in the most problematic countries in order to develop courses of action to advance the States Interest. However, as it turned out, conversations with Russian diplomats carry the same added value as if you read about events in these countries based on publications in the Russian media.
Due to this situation, Kremlin officials regularly have to look for neutral platforms for direct communication with counterparties from foreign countries. Whose "cleanliness" and loyalty to Moscow are often very conditional. As a result, each new supervisor spends months or even years trying to figure out which of his counterparties is a fraud, an enemy, and who is a useful partner. Although, in theory, all this information should be accumulated in the bowels of our embassies. Embassies should be the providers of such insiders and analytics, trusting which an official in Moscow will not make a tragic mistake. For example, the US State Department has always worked on this principle. American embassies not only know the local political landscape, but they shape it themselves and offer their own pool of actors with whom to work.
The central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs itself has long lost its predictive function. The top leadership of the Russian Federation has long relied on the analysis of the SVR and other relevant structures. The expert community associated with the foreign ministry has been sucking on the same "multipolar world" type constructions for decades, using them as universal semantic constructions to justify anything. "Russia has entered Syria" — the multipolar world is intensifying, because now the region is dominated not only by the West. "Russia has withdrawn from Syria" — the multipolar world is developing, because the processes in Syria are its internal business. And Russia especially does not need it.
Such constructions are just dummies with which they try to justify their own impotence or inaction. Years of working in this logic have led to the fact that no one in high and not very high offices is waiting for any action from our diplomats. More than one curator has been replaced in the Kremlin because of Ukraine. Not all functionaries maintained their presence after the near-catastrophic situation in Abkhazia. But is there a precedent when, as a result of another failure, the ambassador to the relevant country would be immediately dismissed? There are practically no such examples.
A huge agency with broad constitutional powers has turned into a ghostly institution, whose presence on earth is "neither cold nor hot." If twenty years ago we cheerfully started with "gas diplomacy", then we are completing the first quarter of the century with "bus" diplomacy — we are giving means of transport to those countries that are still ready to accept them from us.

That post doesn’t name names but claims Russian Diplomats sound like their knowledge of the countries they are stationed in is identical to boiler plate from “Russian” media but the cat is out of the bag when the post says that the expert community associated with the Foreign Ministry justify every last failure with peons to multipolar gibberish. The whole Multipolar Mania which started around 10 years ago was amplified by the likes of Escobar, Ritter, Saker, etc. They are the actual God Fathers of that rotten slop and Russias own Multipolarist like Dugin are not close to the Russian Ministry of Foreign affairs like their Western Counter Parts are. The post mentions Russian media, but Russian media very frequently amounts to just translating flattering things said about Russia by Westerners. For Example, here is Escobar on September 9th 2024 predicting that Russia is going to demand Kievs unconditional surrender.
The Heading to the above reads “Journalist Escobar: Russian might demand Kiev’s Capitulation”.
Here is Douglas MacGregor just yesterday being featured on RIA News claiming that the US has failed to de-stabilize Russia with Ukrainian help and the adventure in Ukraine has failed and now the “uncomfortable truth” about how things are going in Ukraine is being recognized by Washington. Presumably for real this time.
Here is the illustrious Scott Ritter explaining how Russia is going to bring Poland to its Knees on Tsargrad. On the post is written “сегодня” which means today. I just Yandexed for the latest Scott Ritter in Russian and there it is.
Ritter even has a Russian Language Telegram channel and that slob doesn't speak Russian and I doubt he is personally copy pasting his BS from English to Russian with Yandex or Google translate all day. Obviously Russian speakers run his channel specifically because his name carries weight with a certain segment of the Russian population, but who exactly? This video has been taken off You Tube but this link here is Ritter on Soloviev Live which is Russias biggest News Show in August of 2023.

Finally this Screen Grab is from Ritters Russia Language Telegram:
According to this Ritter was apparently on Soloviev Live again tonight 2 hours ago. But back to the question of which Russians are actually genuinely infatuated with the 5D Chess Zanon Complex? It isn’t Russian Nationalist. The Director of the Stalinist/Nazbol Organization named after Edward Limonov comments:
Why are our media promoting American military pensioners? My comment to the Free Press about the statement by ex-CIA adviser Douglas McGregor that the Kiev regime could kill Donald Trump: To be honest, all these retired Western colonels, supposedly military analysts, as well as CIA and Mossad veterans who sensationalize, do not inspire confidence. Suffice it to recall former Marine Scott Ritter, who for all three years regularly reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were about to collapse, and the Russian army would take Kiev. For the 20th time, it was no longer funny, and many are wondering: why are our media constantly promoting a military pensioner? Is the opinion of a certain American white gentleman so important to us, who gives out something pleasant for Russians, but in no way connected with reality?
https://t.me/rusjuche/9153
A Russian Telegram Channel called Not Rybar, which I seriously suspect is ran by the same people that run Rybar as an edgy side project said this about Ritter:
Did you know Scott Ritter is a Pedophile? He is the RT expert we deserve.
https://t.me/ne_rybar/1339
And another Stalinist take:
The Americans have imposed fresh sanctions against our media. As it turned out, this event has positive consequences.: Finally, we will stop hearing about such a carnival character as Scott Ritter. An expert on any bullshit when you need "the opinion of a real American intelligence officer who cuts the truth, bypassing the mainstream." The Russian officialdom has still not weaned itself from kowtowing to the West: any low-class freak is dragged into experts with high regalia, as long as he extols the wise policy of the Kremlin. Well, yes, there are enough enthusiastic idiots in the West, even more greedy crooks who know about Russia only from the stories of their propagandists. If an American praises us, it's a reason to think, it would be better if he scared his children with us.
Sadly Ritter is bypassing these sanctions somehow and is still appearing on Russian media.
https://t.me/adirect/21878
This phenomenon though of the Kremlin curating these Charlatans is very real sadly. Not Rybar mocks it in this post about the Kremlin friendly RIA outlet which interviewed MacGregor above bragging that some American Intelligence Analysis claim that Russias Black Sea Fleet is mad strong:
The writing in brackets reads “Candident for the Post of Head of USEUCOM considers the Russian Navy to be the most battle worthy in the Black Sea” to which Not Rybar Responds, “Urgent News, the American Americans are praising us, real Americans”. I could go on forever with examples, but I hope this was enough to demonstrate that when Secret Chancellery said Russian diplomats sound like they are just repeating stuff they hear from the news it doesn’t follow that Russian News is repeating Russian analysis, very often Russian news is repeating verbatim Zanon 5D chess talking points. If this Zanon BS is not loved by Russian Nationalist and not overly popular even with normies than who is it targeted at? Well Secret Chancellery gave us the answer basically, the most pro Western of all segment of the Russian population besides the Navalny tier liberals and that would be the Kremlinites. This might seem odd considering that Ritter, Macgregor, Escobar etc are always talking about how bad America is but it’s difficult to understate just how pro-Western Kremlinites tend to be, its genuinely pathological. For example, if outright LGBTQ furries from the West started praising the Kremlin than these same Kremlinite news agencies that slobber all over the 5D Chess Cult would start slobbering all over the furries. It doesn’t matter who a Westerner is, as long as they are praising the Kremlin they are rock stars according to the Kremlin. Both Escobar and Hinkel have personally met Lavrov at the Russian taxpayer’s expense and Escobar is constantly featured at big State sponsored events in Russia. Ritter too has done a tour of Russia funded by the State where he met Kadyrov and apparently passed along an offer from the Chechnyan Mob Boss to the relevant US Authorities offering to release a bunch of Ukrainian POWs in exchange for the US lifting sanctions on Kadyrov’s family.
The red carpet given to these 5D Cult Leaders by very highly placed Russian Officials and State Media gives a veneer of credibility to them despite their repeated failures as analyst. At 3:03 of this conversation between Larry Johnson and Escobar Escobar mentions his “friend” Professor Shusenov and that’s genuinely alarming because Shusenov creates the curriculum that aspiring Russian Diplomats study while in university.
I can't claim to know the extent of Pepe and the Professors friendship, but the veneer of legitimacy given to Pepe via his connections can only be harmful. The Secret Chancellery Post claimed that Russian Diplomats just repeat ideas they hear in the media and besides being handshake worthy with Lavrov apparently Escobar is also friends with one of the highest placed men charged with training Russian Diplomats. Escobar makes money propagandizing for the Kremlin and gets frequent all-expense paid trips to Russia to rub elbows with Russian Officials. I’m not even against this; every country will have some paid propagandist it’s just unfortunate that Russia’s suck so bad. But giving this propagandist who openly brags about all his foreign intel connections and who has a proven track record of wrong predictions access to a man charged with training the men who will be charged with executing Russia’s foreign policy is just wild. Pepe isn’t ever going to say anything the Kremlin doesn’t like because his bank account would be adversely affected, and confusing a propagandist with an analyst is a recipe for big problems but Moscow treats not just Escobar but all the Zanonist as serious analytical heavyweights as opposed to propagandist. It’s as if NATO was using the actual non bots amongst its NAFO maggots to inform its diplomatic approach to Eastern Europe as opposed to creating support amongst targeted populations for a preformed diplomatic strategy.
The result is we have a situation in the Russian Foreign Ministry where nobody wants to risk being the guy who disagrees with Lavrov and their Professors buddies. Imagine if you will that Navalny became friends with a top professor at Georgetown tasked with training US Diplomats while still receiving constant fist fulls of money from USAID like he really was, but also in our thought exercise Navalny is frequently featured on every cable news network, gets to occasionally meet the Secretary of State etc etc all because in our alternate universe here American federal employees and appointees are absolutely smitten with receiving flattery from Russians even if the Russian in Question doesn’t like the people running Russia. In this scenario Navalny obviously will never say anything that might threaten his USAID money and celebrity status in Washington but that is exactly why he should not be confused with someone that diplomats need to pay attention to when working to advance US interest. Just like Pepe in real life Navalny in our hypothetical gets everything wrong in spectacular fashion just like NAFO does in real life. NAFOs constant mistakes in predicting Russia’s imminent collapse haven’t set back NATO because NATO countries don’t craft policy around NAFO memes and talking points. If they did than NATO wouldn’t be feverishly expanding eastward because the countries in question would just be assuming that Russia’s total collapse is imminent anyway. But instead, NATO propagandist simultaneously constantly predict that Putin is done soon, and Russia is finished while in the real world/policy realm NATO is consciously and methodically getting ready to fight Russia as a peer power.
If a propagandist is wrong no big deal but when diplomats are wrong the consequences are often much more severe. According to Secret Chancellery we are at the point where Russian Diplomats aren’t trying to build pro-Russian networks abroad to advance Russian interest but are rather waiting for the dollar to collapse and then for Ritter and MacGregor to take over America after which America and Russia will be best friends forever. The Zanon claim is constantly that the war is already over, the dollar is about to collapse, America and Europe are done etc etc. If that is seriously the baseline understanding for a large part of the Russian Diplomatic Corps than even weak enemies will be able to beat Russia in Russia’s own backyard and that’s exactly what’s been going on. I’m not so much surprised at how strong and robust Globohomo is, what’s surprises me is how weak and apathetic Russia has turned out to be and the Zanon virus very well may be no small part of the problem. The Secret Chancellery Post I shared above correctly notes the importance of embassy staff knowing the country they are in inside and out and as an anecdotal aside I can confirm that when I worked at the US Embassy in Kabul that the Embassy Staff didn’t have a damn clue what was going on in Afghanistan outside the Kabul city limits. The results are known to us. On the other hand, it seems like in 2013 Ukraine and in Armenia today the US Embassies are staffed by people that know how to create/buy influential networks in the countries where they work. Russia in contrast is in full diplomatic retreat in any country that doesn’t have difficult relations with the US for reasons of their own. North Korea for example wouldn’t be on good terms with US in any case, so Russia is under no threat of losing influence there to the benefit of the US. However, in any country where the leadership is even remotely open to working with the US Russia is on the back foot, even if it’s a country like Armenia or Kazakhstan where any sane person would think that Russia would have decent enough influence and deep, long established local networks. Secret Chancellery again on how Russian Diplomacy works in the Former Soviet Space:
Russia's main strategy for influencing the post-Soviet space has long been "resource diplomacy." However, this inertial view of relations with the former Soviet republics has become an anachronism. As soon as the government changes, priorities shift, and everything that has been "built up" disappears. This scenario repeats itself with sad regularity: in Kiev, Yerevan, Chisinau, and now in Central Asia.
Russia is sorely lacking its own system of training managers who would maintain pro-Russian orientations under any configuration of power. Instead of cultivating a stratum of local elites willing to work with Moscow out of conviction rather than immediate gain, the focus is on reaching agreements with “the right people.” However, in the event of any political turbulence, Moscow simply has no one to mobilize—supporters do not grow on their own.
At the same time, Western, Turkish, and even Chinese actors are demonstrating a much more systematic approach: scholarships for students, cultural centers, grant programs, networking projects with local youth, and educational initiatives. All of this is a “quiet” foundation from which new elites with a pre-existing worldview emerge, in which Russia is absent or plays a minor role.
If Russia wants to maintain its influence in the region, it needs to change the way it interacts with its neighboring countries. This means that we need to create our own educational programs, cultural initiatives that are focused on the new generation, and form horizontal connections with local communities. The situation requires not just situational "firefighting" solutions, but a comprehensive strategy for creating our own networks of influence in schools, universities, the cultural environment, and the local economy. This is not about "romanticizing" the Soviet past, but about being able to offer an appropriate agenda for new generations who are already looking for realistic guidelines for their personal and professional development.
It is time to purposefully create a space for growing our own base of supporters, who share pro-Russian values and orientations. Without such work, our country will forever remain a hostage to the sentiments of the elites, who will switch sides at the first opportunity.

By “resource diplomacy” we are speaking of Russia sends resources and money and in return expects loyalty. The obvious problem here is that Russia will absolutely never be able outspend Washington while Washington can print infinity shekels at will at any time with no consequences. As a matter of fact, Moscow constantly signals its willingness to do business with the West and anyone of any consequence in crafting Russian policy has family and assets in the West so there is no reason for the people running Former Soviet Countries to act any different than the people running Russia when it comes to being pro Western. If Moscow wants to retain some influence in the Former Soviet Space than the systemic inertia in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to be addressed but nothing of the sort should be expected. It seriously seems like Russian diplomats are just waiting for the dollar to collapse and in the meantime, they don’t want to mess with the Americans because after the dollar collapses someone like Macgregor will be President and he loves Russia, and in any case, China is going to Belt and Road all the bad people away. And if Russia is totally forced out of the country in question Russia shouldn’t interfere because that would be to act unipolar which violates the multipolar principles for which people like Ritter love Russia besides the fact that Russia also pays them. Russian diplomacy has more or less become a total echo chamber with no viable feedback mechanisms because both success and failure can be attributed to multipolar principles and peons to morality like the 1st Secret Chancellery Post indicated. Of course, Russia has had 0 diplomatic success stories in the past few years that have arisen due to Ministry of Foreign Affairs initiatives, North Korea is helping Russia for concrete pragmatic reasons like receiving technology, weapons, and to gain some experience amongst its Military Personnel. It has nothing whatsoever to do with multipolarity and the same came said of the relationship between Iran and Russia. In short, the Russian Ministry of Affairs seriously believes the propaganda spewed by foreigners who the Kremlin is paying.
Sounds like, for the foreseeable future, Russia is cooked. And with the age of Petroleum coming to an end in a few decades and Russia being so de-industrialized from the USSR period - it's going to take some sort of revolution to get back on their feet. Sadly revolutions in countries with a low birth-rate (and low number of young people) are rare.
So sad but true, seems the Kremlin is trying to replace USAID in Eurasia for the Empire after DOGE defunded it. One can only imagine Russia's future predicament wthl no change in policy.
Thanks for your very informative posting, keep up the good work.
